Small Giants Academy is proud to welcome Author of The Bigger Picture: How Psychedelics Can Help Us Make Sense of the World & Founder of alternative media platform 'Kainos,' Alexander Beiner to Australian shores this March.
Widely revered for his ‘Digital Campfires,’ facilitating thousands of people to engage in systems conversations and interact with the world’s leading thought-leaders through platform 'Rebel Wisdom,' Alexander has made the point to now move beyond diagnosis and is calling the collective to start creating new culture. With the exciting launch of Kainos, an alternative media platform and studio, specialising in films, articles and experiences that blend cultural sensemaking with hope, imagination and impact - imagining our hopeful future is at the forefront.
The leading question we’ll be exploring together is “Where do we go from here?" A question at the heart of the first Kainos documentary, Crossroads, which will premiere (AUS) in Byron Bay on March 22nd. Crossroads is a combination of sensemaking, art, myth and big ideas featuring Nora Bateson, Douglas Rushkoff, Yanis Varoufakis, Joshua Schrei, Minna Salami and Alexa Firmenich, as well as diagnosing where we are now and where we need to go, together. This illuminating event will take you on a journey beyond diagnosis into hope and imagination.

Berry is the Creative Director of Small Giants Academy, a not-for-profit accelerator, education and media initiative with a focus on leadership fora hopeful future. Berry was the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Dumbo Feather Magazine — now The Wisdom & Action Podcast — with an abundant audience of conscious leaders from all sectors.
As a mother to three beautiful children, her work is in service to them and generations to come.

Alexander Beiner
Ali is an author, journalist and facilitator focused on bringing new ways of seeing and being from the margins of culture into the mainstream. Through writing, and by creating transformative experiences that invite us to find ways to evolve and thrive in the chaotic times we live in. Previously as Founder of Rebel Wisdom, Ali continues to explore the cutting-edge of systems change and cultural cohesion. He joins the team as Chief Sensemaking Officer, stewarding the curation of our programs.
