No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns for magazines, except in cases where an incorrect issue is sent. Please ensure you select your desired issues carefully.
Product Availability: Current and back issues of our magazine can be purchased through our website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of back issues at any given time.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made to secure your spot in any program are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Program fees are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided. Please note that program dates, speakers, and facilitators are subject to change.
Exclusions: Unless explicitly specified, travel, food, and accommodation are not included in the program fees.
Cancellation Policy: We aim to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can properly prepare for your trip. All cancellations must be communicated via email, and refunds will be subject to the following terms:
Up to 8 Weeks Before the Trip: Deposits and any paid balance will be refunded, minus an AUD$1200 cancellation fee.
Within 8 Weeks of the Trip: All funds received are non-refundable and cannot be credited for future trips.
Payment Confirmation: If you are paying by invoice, your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
