“Perhaps, one day, a few hundred years from now, historians will look back to this moment, and they’ll see that, amongst the chaos and the nihilism and the fear and the extinctions, that there were groups of people who chose to turn the page and begin to write a new chapter for humanity—a chapter full of diverse characters, from a range of professions and places, who came together to create a thriving, regenerative, ecological future.”

– Damon Gameau

Each of us has a story. That story has power in our lives. Often more than we think.

Together, they will explore the power of narrative and of visions for a more hopeful future, and expanding our own relationship with nature.

Touching on Damon’s films 2040, Regenerating Australia and his recent viral TED Talk, we discuss the kind of leadership we truly need to tackle the climate crisis. Following the discussion, there will be the opportunity to join an information session to learn more about our new program, Into the Arena: Climate Leadership Accelerator.
