When you finish a program with Small Giants Academy, we welcome you into our Fellowship program (otherwise known as our alumni program). Whether you came with us to Bhutan, joined a Deep-Dive experience or have just finished the MBE, this is our way of continuing our journey together.
We believe we are always better together; next economy leadership is inherently collective. Our journey from here is to cultivate a strong sense of connection by nurturing the Va (the space between us). It is this sense of curiosity and belonging that grounds us, and our community, as we support one another in our work and lives.
Our Fellowship program is built on reciprocity, generosity and, of course, empathy. We support each other through learning experiences, wisdom circles, problem solving, sharing stories, and celebrating together along the way! SGA also creates unique Fellowship opportunities for learning and connecting, including intimate lunches and gatherings with special guests.
Gathering together is the soul-food we all need and is the essence of the SGA Fellowship program. Here is some of the ways we stay connected.
All fellows of SGA’s long-form programs are automatically inducted into our fellowship program. Our programs are, in fact, only the beginning! As part of the fellowship program you will:
